Crash, crash .:Leafclan assignment/punishments:.

Burn. Let it all burn. This hurricane is chasing us all underground.
Story time:

Sparklestar sat in her den with her deputy, her brother, her deputy's brother, her son, and Glasspool. It was an average day in Leafclan, and the six cats were just relaxing in camp. They had all recently gone hunting by playing a game where you get a partner, and whichever partnership got the most prey won. It sounds kitish, but Leafclanners enjoyed doing things to make everyday things a little special. The one issue was that there was a fourth partnership playing...Mudeyes and Sunstreak.
"They should be back by now...I hope they're okay," Barkheart whispered.
"Yeah this is bad. Maybe one of us should go find them," Glasspool suggested.
"I'll go," Sparklestar offered. THe five other cats turned to her. They were expecting a cat like Flamestripe or Shadowfire to go...you know a strong tom.
"M-mom I can go," Flamestripe replied. Sparklestar just shook her head, and stood up.
"I am the leader. I can do this. They probably just got distracted anyways...okay more like Sunstreak got distracted, and Mudeyes wants to get him back on track," she purred "But if you really are worried I'll bring a couple apprentices with me or something." With that she left her den.

Not long afterwards Sparklestar left camp with Ashpaw, and Mistpaw.
"So where are we going!" Ashpaw asked happily.
"We are going to find Mudeyes, and Sunstreak," she replied.
"Why?" Mistpaw asked.
"Becuase they were supposed to be back in camp moons ago," she giggled. The ginger leader was very sure that nothing bad had happened. Though she was sadly very wrong.

The three cats walked though the forest when Mistpaw smelled something.
"Smoke," she whispered "SPARKLESTAR THERE'S A FIRE!" she cried.
"What!" she meowed. Quickly she drank the air, and tracked where it was coming from.
"Mistpaw go back to camp, and get the others. It is going towards camp, and if you can get everyone to Shining Lake then we can rest there for a little...Just until it goes out," she ordered the apprentice quickly. Mistpaw nodded, and ran off.
"Ashpaw this is your first mission. I think Mudeyes, and Sunstreak are trapped by the fire. This is the only reason they would not be at camp. It all made scene now.

"Okay where is my sister. I am even more worried now," Barkheart whispered.
"I bet she's fi-" Shiningheart stared when she was interrupted by yelling. It was Mistpaw.
"FIRE, FIRE! EVERYONE GET TO SHINING LAKE! IT'S HEADING FOR CAMP!" she cried. Being the deputy Shiningheart took matters into her own paws. She jumped onto highrock.
Starclan help us all she muttered.
"EVERYONE GO STRAGHT TO THE LAKE! SPARKLESTAR, ASHPAW, AND EVERYONE ELSE WHO ARE NOT IN CAMP WILL MEET US THERE! LUCKILY IT WAS ONLY THEM, AND TWO OTHERS THAT THEY SHOULD BE WITH!" she called. With that cats came from everywhere, and started to head off to the lake. Some carried herbs with them that Fernheart had them take, and two of them carried the kits.
"Tigerstripe what is going to happen to camp?" Runningkit asked him.
"I-I...I don't know," he sighed. Afterwards Shiningheart could hear nothing else, but she could guess.
"Shiningheart it's time to go," a voice meowed to her from behind. The golden she-cat turned, and saw Barkheart who looked quite worried.
"R-right. Let's go," she smiled. With that the last two cats left Leafclan camp. Right before the fire reached it.

"MUDEYES! SUNSTREAK! ARE YOU THERE!" Sparklestar cried. She,and Ashpaw had been running towards the fire looking for them.
"Sparklestar? SPARKLESTAR!" Mudeyes cried. She, and Sunstreak were sat in a small den that looked like it was made by a badger. Right above them the fire was blazing on. Where did it come from?
"YES! IT'S ME! AND ASHPAW! ARE YOU GUYS OKAY?" she cried.
"GUYS THERE'S A FIRE!" Sunstreak yelled. Mudeyes sighed, and glared at him.
"What?" he asked.
"Okay Ashpaw. You are smaller than me so you have to try and get them, and really fast!" she meowed "I will see if I can find a way for you guys to get out after you get to them." She nodded, and started looking around. Soon she found a safe opening, and ran to the den.
"Hey guys. Follow me," she coughed. The room was full of smoke, and it was hard for everyone to breath. They climbed out, and looked around for Sparklestar. Where was she?

Meanwhile Leafclan had arrived at the lake. The fire was chasing them the whole time, and a few cats were burned or inhaled lots of smoke. Luckily no one died, but many were hurt including the medicine cats. Fernheart, and Bearpaw were seeing to them at the moment, but the clan was safe...now what about camp?
"What if camp is destroyed. I know we are not planning to have kits any time soon, but if it's gone then that would be horrible. Ever since I came here I knew I wanted to have my kits in that nursery. Flamestripe what if it's gone?" Glasspool whispered to her mate.
"I-I. I don't know. I honestly don't know," he whispered. The striped tom looked around at all the cats. That camp was all they knew as home, and it might have been destroyed.
Starclan help us all

"Guys where is she! Sparklestar should have done something by now," Ashpaw wheezed.
"I-I don't know," Mudeyes replied. She was very worried because Ashpaw was very small so her lungs could only hold so much smoke. Sunstreak and her were stronger, and bigger so they could handle more than she...still they couldn't inhale that much.
"Listen if I die tell my mate I love her," Sunstreak cried. Ashpaw nodded, and fell to the ground. She was so small...it wasn't surprising, yet it was still sad. This cat was dead.
"That ain't happening!" a voice called. With that a tree came crashing down in front of them. On the other side sat Sparklestar. How she pulled this off is unknown, but it didn't matter.
"Okay you guys have to cross really fast!" she told them "This tree is going to catch fire, but you have time to run across!" With that the two warriors ran across, with Mudeyes holding the small body of Ashpaw. Sparklestar just looked at her, and nodded. She knew what had happened for it was obvious. Now was not a time to morn though. It was a time to run.
"Now off to Shining lake. Everyone else is there, and we should be safe," Sparklestar meowed. The two nodded, and the all ran towards the lake.

Later that night the clan had got themselves settled at the lake. They would stay there until they could finish fixing up camp. The fire had probably died down by then, but rain was on it's way so they were going to wait until tomorrow to check out camp, and figure out how it started. Most cats were safely saying twolegs, and that was what everyone was going with. It was not like twolegs never had done this before, so it made scene. Also, that night Tigerstripe mourned over the small grey she-cat who was his apprentice.
"It's a shame. Just because of some mousebrained twolegs the oldest, and one of the best apprentices in the clan died," Barkheart meowed to his sister. The two had been sitting on the edge of the lake, and watched the water.
"Yes. But she died serving her clan proudly. Leafclan honers her," she replied.
"That the should. Sparklestar you should get some rest now. You've been through a lot," Fernheart purred. She had come from behind them, and scared them both. As soon as they calmed down they turned, and smiled.
"Okay Fernheart. Just don't over work yourself. You got burned, and you should be resting too," she smiled. Fernheart nodded. With that the two she-cats went to the nests that they made that night, and rested for the night. Leaving Barkheart to think.

The next day the clan buried Ashpaw. Afterwards three patrols were sent out. There was a normal border patrol that had the least hurt cats in it...just in case, a hunting patrol, and a small patrol to check out the camp. When all the patrols reported back it was said that the territory near Seaclan, Nightclan, and Highclan border was the least damaged, most the prey had been hiding, but would soon come out, and look for their food that was likely gone, and that most of camp held up. Some trees, and rocks fell into it, and it looked a mess, but they could live in it. Cleaning it up should be nothing that bad which was very lucky. All the fire was gone now, and life would go back to normal very soon.




OKAY so here we go. After reading that wall of text you are probably as tired as I am after writing it! Heh heh so anyways since most of you did not do your assignments your cats were hurt. Now I realized that in the last assignment there was nothing for the med cats or kits to do SO they are excused ((Ooooooops))
Now I am going to be stricter now on with the assignments turn in time...just saying




So Ashpaw you are dead for you missed two assignments. You are welcome to make another cat IF you PROMISSSSSSSSE to do your assignments. If you can't do 'em then just get an extention

Brightshadow, Quailflight, Dustfang, and Dracopaw you are hurt ((this means you have to draw your cat in the medicine cat "den" at the lake
